E-DESK
e-Desk encompasses features that work together for a more efficient, paperless, electronic environment. Use e-Desk features to manage your busy desk which includes e-Folder, file progress, tracking of tasks by user, units, or office and the managing of appointments (integration to Microsoft Outlook availability), all without ever leaving RBJ’s real estate escrow software.
MANAGEMENT REPORT MODULE
These predefined reports provide the data to analyze your business so you can make informed decisions. Included in the menu of available reports are various Escrow Fee, Escrow Officer and Marketing Representative, Escrow Activity, and Broker/Agent/Source of business reports. You select the filter and sort criteria of a report for the results you need. Selected report data can be generated in report form, imported to Excel.
AD HOC REPORTS
Ad Hoc Reports are created by the user from the escrow software data. They provide the ability to select from a long list of data fields, apply filters and/or sorts to generate an Excel spreadsheet.

POSITIVE PAY DATA TRANSMISSION
For an added level of security on your trust account, add Positive Pay Data Transmission service. Positive Pay is a service provided by many banks to help prevent fraud. With participating banks, your daily “check issue” information will be transmitted to your bank for verification.
